Order Processing Time

At Tierra Encanto Coffee, we believe in freshness. We do not pull old bags off a shelf; we roast to order.

  • Roasting & Packing: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to roast, pack, and process your order.

  • Business Days: Our roasting facility operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.

Once your order has been roasted and handed over to the carrier, the following estimated delivery times apply:

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days

Priority / Express 1–2 business days

Local Pickup (New Jersey)

Skip the shipping fees! We offer free local pickup for our New Jersey customers.

  • Location: 35 N Beverwyck Rd Unit B, Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034

  • Pickup Hours:

    • Mon-Sat, 7am - 5pm

    • Sun 8am - 5pm

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will send you an email notification when your coffee is fresh, packed, and ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship our coffee to all U.S. states and international destinations.

Important Note on Customs and Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tierra Encanto Coffee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  • If you realize you made an error, please contact us immediately at. We can only correct addresses before the order has been shipped.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Tierra Encanto Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered." Please ensure you have a secure location for delivery.

  • Damaged Goods: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
